Asbestos surveys in Bishop's Stortford
Sceptre Asbestos Management carries out asbestos management, refurbishment, demolition and re-inspection surveys in Bishop's Stortford and across Hertfordshire, for homeowners, landlords, councils, schools and businesses. We're based in Hertfordshire and also cover the rest of the UK.
Every survey follows HSE guidance HSG264, with samples analysed by a UKAS-accredited laboratory. And something new for our clients is coming in November.
Which survey do you need?
- Management survey: for any non-domestic building, or common areas, built before 2000. Finds asbestos that could be disturbed in normal use and maintenance.
- Refurbishment survey: before building work, a new kitchen or bathroom, rewiring, or anything that disturbs the fabric of the building.
- Demolition survey: before a building or part of one is demolished.
- Re-inspection: a yearly check of asbestos that's being managed in place.
- Bulk sampling: just want to know about one ceiling, floor or garage roof? We sample it.
